This role is responsible for developing accurate estimates and pricing for commercial signage projects by reviewing plans, specifications, site conditions, and project requirements. The position works closely with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, priced, and prepared for successful execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and technical information, and able to identify potential challenges while supporting estimating, project planning, and new business opportunities.
Commercial Signage Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees commercial signage projects from initial handoff through production, installation, and completion. This role serves as a key point of coordination between clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams, helping ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations. Office & Shop Assistant – Bilingual (English & Spanish)
This position supports both office and shop operations by assisting with project coordination, administrative tasks, inventory, shipping, deliveries, and other day-to-day needs. The role also helps facilitate communication with installers and vendors in both English and Spanish.
